You can view this website at www.crimereports.com. According to the story July 22, 2011 in the Democrat & Chronicle , this web tool can show you where crime is in your area via map, using different icons for different crimes, and will also display where sex offenders live. To reach the 311 Call Center outside city limits call (585) 428-5990. Live representatives are available 6:30am-11:00pm Mon.- Fri. and 7:00am-11:00pm Sat. & Sun., with the exception of New Years Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. (Note: Non-emergency police issues can still be reported at any time by dialing 311).
